Customer login function not working on homepage

Hello, on my store homepage (Warehouse theme), the customer login function is not working, no response when clicking, this happens only on homepage, not sure what to do? Many thanks

Thank you for reaching out about this. In order to help you troubleshoot this issue can you please share your storefront URL and any screenshots or screen captures you might have of this issue happening.

For troubleshooting purposes, can you also please try clearing your browser cache and cookies, try in an incognito window and also ensure your browser and device are fully up to date. That information can help us narrow down the possible cause for this issue.

Thanks very much for getting back. My store front url is www.sparklet.co.uk

I have attached a screenshot, the customer login function is not working on homepage (no response when clicking), this happens in both normal and incognito browser mode, it is working fine on product page & check out cart page though.

I was taking a look and I am not seeing anything from within my tools to see what could be causing the issue with the customer account login pop up.

Is this popup a part of your native theme file or created by a third party app on your store account? Were there any apps recently installed or custom coding changes done before the popup stopped working? I would recommend attempting to make a copy of your theme file as a safe backup and try rolling back any recent theme code changes to the home page and try disabling any recently installed apps as well.

The best thing to do in a situation like this is to try and isolate where the issue is coming from by ruling out common factors. Our live support team would be happy to help you go through this and review your recent app installations if you need help with that.
