Not sure if this has been answered but I can’t find any topics on it.
Many of my customers are being named as “Newsletter Subscriber”, it only started happening a few weeks ago and I have not added any new Newsletter/Mailing List plugins to trigger it.
It doesn’t bother me seeing it on the order, but when Royal Mail or DHL pull through my orders; it shows the customers name on the parcel as “Newsletter Subscriber”, if I go into the customers account I can see their actual name.. But it does not show in either Billing or Shipping address.
Anyone else have this problem, or have any ideas where to look?
I’m using Seguno for my newsletter plugin and store theme is called Blockshop.
