Customer new account welcome mail doesn't arrive when register from mobile

Hello

My issue is that when someone registers a new account from desktop, everything works fine and the customer new account welcome mail arrives.

If someone registers from mobile, the registration conclude, but the customer never receives the welcome mail

Plz advise

Hi,

Try to register with an email(that does not exists on your store) on mobile.
