When I finalize the registration of an account/when the customer registers (in shopify account was configured in legacy way), the email to activate the account does not arrive but only the email indicating that the account has been activated, see image

instead, when I finalize the registration, the email must arrive first to activate the account, see image

then after activating the account the second welcome email arrives.
