Hi,
A customer placed and order but never received their auto emails for order summary and dispatch.
Contacted customer: not in their junk folder; no black listing of Shopify (or my shops domain name) emails; email inbox has plenty of spare capacity. Essentially all the usual things to check are OK.
Tested my own (shop owner) test email, that worked fine.
So what else could be causing the problem for this customer?

The customer’s email service provider could be experiencing technical issues that are preventing the delivery of emails. This is beyond your control, but you could advise the customer to contact their email provider’s support for assistance.
Gmail Id abc@gmail.com will work and some custom domain email ie abc@xyz.com not works. In this case the problem may be with the :
- SPF Record: Make sure your DNS settings include a Sender Policy Framework (SPF) record that authorizes Shopify’s mail servers to send emails on your behalf. This helps prevent your emails from being marked as spam.
- DKIM Record: Check if your DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail) record is correctly set up. DKIM helps verify the authenticity of the sender’s domain.
if it’s not worked then provide me the email id on wihch the order notification email are not delivering.
