We are a non-profit and our customers are known before ever becoming customers and we would like a feature that would allow us to link/create relationships between customers on our end so we could link a customer and their parents and be able to use this link as a reference or quick link to jump to that related customer. This is common in databases and we use this feature in a program called Little Green Light and we believe this would really uplift our ability to make connections with our customers when making sales in person and online.
Example: Customer 1 is ___ to Customer 2, Customer 2 is ___ to Customer 1. ___ = dropdown list of relationships that could be entered like parent, son, daughter, grandparent, relative, spouse, etc.
