Customer requesting Refund because she did not read the Size

hello all, I need advice I have a customer that is requesting a return on a new dress because Quote "she didn’t read the description " . It had the bust measurements the waist measurements and the hip measurements plus the numeric size.

I don’t know if I should deny her request ask or ask her to pay shipping and restocking fee as I took it off Many cross listing sites???

It is better if you accept her request. However, you can tell her that the shipping fee will be deducted in the refunded amount and she has to return the product. Most of the stores have this kind of return policy.
