If you are using Google Customer reviews, are you aware if you are using additional scripts, that this will no longer work.

You will need to use pixels, but as pixels don’t support popups, you need to redirects users etc, so I recommend using an app such as: https://apps.shopify.com/easy-google-customer-reviews

If you are asking in general terms, regarding other review platforms, have you tested users get a notification to leave a review? If so, have you checked when they get it. Make sure it’s after 7 days of delivery, and not longer than 1 month.

Have you checked how your competitors are doing with reviews, is it the same pattern or not?
