Customer Self Serve Pick-up

Hello everyone!!

I am looking for a solution for my company for in-store pick up. We would like to integrate a self serve order pick up; where the customer can pick up their own package from the fulfilled on-line orders section AND scan it out of our system as “picked-up”. I would like to have the ability to create a report at any point showing what orders are picked up throughout the day. Any info on this will be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance :grin: .

Self-Serve pickup from a physical location. I can think of a few ways, first would be to use an app.

This definitely sounds like a smart locker system. Haven’t come across one for Shopify, but I’m sure it’s out there.

Are you thinking of purchasing a physical locker, or have a Shopify developer such as myself build the purchase to pickup flow?
