I have been ripped off by Gold & Berry. Contacted them numerous times and finally Shopify only to have my request ignored by them also!!! I am out over two hundred dollars!!!

Welcome to the community but sorry to hear about your bad experience. There are a lot of scammers and fake stores. Shopify tries to close them but I think there should be a better solution.
Could you share a link to that store?
