Customer support, and canceling subscription

I am trying to cancel my subscription. However, your website only gives the option of deactivation of my account. Since you have no customer support phone number, I am forced to air my concerns this way. I want to cancel my subscription and get a refund. How do I do this? As it stands now, my store is just deactivated and I want to cancel it altogether. Please tell me how to make that happen and how can I get a refund? @Customersupport @Customerservice @experthelpdesk

When you deactivate your Shopify account it also will cancel the subscription going forward. If you have any questions about your account you can contact our support team so they can take a look and go through your invoice with you. Reach out to them here. Sign into your Shopify account to see the support options available to you. If you wish to use phone support you will need to sign up for a callback. If you don’t see the callback option, please check again as it will be removed when the queue is full and show up again when there is space. I won’t be able to guide you on a refund without looking into your account, so it’s best you talk to our support team for more help with this.
