Customer tags on emails randomly being removed????

Hi

I’m having a problem with tags being removed from customers’ emails. I’m pretty sure its to do with the Bold Recurring Memberships app that I’m using, I wanted to see if anybody else has experienced this and if they were able to fix it? Any help will be much appreciated!

I would reach out to any apps that affect customer tagging and give them steps to reproduce the issue.

They should be able to quickly identify whether it’s their app and how to solve the problem.
