I’ve been using the customer type report for a year now and it has always been broken down nicely by new v returning. Mid way through last week this suddenly changed so that I am no longer seeing ‘new customers’ just N/A.
We’re also seeing customer types reported as N/A starting at a similar time (October 18th-19th 2022, last week). Were you able to uncover any details about why this was happening? We haven’t been able to pinpoint anything
Any update or fix on this. We rarely have N/A and use Customer Type daily, then last wed it started accounting for 30-60% of our customers. Let me know if you figure out the fix!
