Customer Unable to Checkout on my website

Hi!

I’m reaching out to see if anyone can help! I’m receiving messages from my customers advising that they are receiving messages when they are trying to checkout stating “This order can’t be shipped to the address you entered. Review your address to ensure that all fields have been entered correctly and try again!” My customers are from different cities and states within the United States. I didn’t have this issue when Shopify and Oberlo were partnered. This issue has just started which is causing me to lose money and especially during this holiday weekend. Can someone please assist? I’m also trying to reach someone who I can talk to but I’m not seeing a contact number to call.

Can you give me the URL and the customer details that you are logging with?

The customer can select the items they want to purchase but when they go to
checkout they receive “Shipping not available for the selected address” or
“This order can’t be shipped to the address you entered. Review your
address to ensure that all fields have been entered correctly and try
again.”

This has been the response on 7 order’s thar customers were trying to place
today

It looks like you haven’t setup shipping correct rates. Can you send screenshots of your Shipping settings page?

Hi @Mekas95 ,

I came across this thread that might be helpful for you. Double-check the followings:

  • Make sure you do have shipping rates configured for the country/location of the shipping address you are testing. The shipping rates can be found in Settings > Shipping in your Shopify admin.

  • Check that all shipping locations are enabled (can be found on the bottom of the shipping rates page)

  • Make sure your products are not marked as “no shipping required” in their product details. You can quickly double-check this by using the Bulk Editor.

  • Also in the Bulk Editor, make sure that your item weights are correct. It is common to see weights that are supposed to be grams be in kilograms instead, making it ineligible for the available shipping.

  • Make sure you have a default package configured to calculate your shipping rates.

  • If you have more than one shipping profile, make sure that they have matching shipping rates.

I hope it helps.
