Hey there, we had a customer recently make a purchase with a prepaid Mastercard, and on the same day had requested a refund. We processed the refund, as it was sighted that the card used looked to be a regular Mastercard. It wasn’t until we processed the refund, however, that they informed us that it was a prepaid card. Will the refund still work and be transferred to the prepaid card, or is there another way we should have administered the refund to?
