I was checking if there is any possible way to get Customer view on ipad since it is only on the app store but i have IOS.
iPads actually run iOS (iPadOS) and use the App Store, so you’re in luck. The Customer View app is built specifically for iPads.
Just open the App Store directly on your iPad, search ‘Shopify POS Customer View’ and download it. Once installed, you just pair it with your main POS device. Fwiw, if your iPad is super old it might not support the latest iOS version needed for the app, but otherwise you should be good to go.

At this moment, our Custom View app is only available for Android devices that meet the following requirements.

an Android device running version 7.0 (Nougat) or higher

7 to 8 inch tablet

have access to the Google Play store
Having this app available for more devices, such as an iPad, would be great feedback that we can share with our development team, and we would recommend getting in-touch with our Retail Team by visiting the Shopify Help Center to submit your feedback/recommendation so that we can forward it over to our development team.
For iOS devices, merchants can rely on our Shopify POS Terminal. Although this is a card reader, it also acts as a dedicated countertop touchscreen display. It gives customers the ability to view items in the POS Cart, have the option to add a tip (if you offer this), and how they would like to choose their receipts (as in, having it sent via email or text, or the printed option).
