Customers always getting card declined

Hello Everyone, I’m new to shopify comunnity.

Yesterday I started a new tiktok ads campaign, which led to several abdonned checkouts but no sales.
After I analysed the abdonned checkouts I saw, that all customers got their cart declined.

Am I the only one with this problem? And how can I fix this?

Hi @lovegifts

It would be best to check your >settings >payments and see if all of your payment method are active and working. You might want to check your checkout page as well and do a test checkout or order. If even your card was declined, there might be an issue on your payment method.
