All of a sudden, without changing any settings, checkout isn’t working. It just redirects you to the home page. i have disabled all the apps, checked stripe, tried on incognito and still doesnt work. Can someone please help me?
Hey, the checkout Button on my cart page https://nicolaibergmann.dk/ is not working. It is just refreshing the page. I tested it with two Computers (with Chrome, Safari and Firefox on each). Each times I tested it as well in incognito mode. Same on my iPhone with Safari.
Can you please provide me a solution for this?
Hi, is anyone else getting an issue where you go to check out and you get redirected to the home page again? Checked a few other stores I know using shopify and some of those are doing it too!

Hi, Yes I am getting this with out store too, we’ve had customers calling and when we try it ourselves we also get the same! Ive looked at a couple of other shopify stores and they seem to be doing it too! Hopefully we get an answer soon.

I’ve noticed that happening today as well.
There’s a checkout update due to roll out tomorrow. So I’m assuming it’s something to do with that. Hopefully its fixed soon!
All my customers can’t login to their accounts either. I’ve tried and it doesn’t work. Major inconvenience! Mondays are always crazy busy!

We have six stores with the same issue. We are currently losing 10-30 orders per hour. This is a massive issue and extremely expensive.
In our findings it is possible for certain visitors to reach checkout (maybe every 10 visitor). We have not found any reasons why this might be the cause, but we did notice issues already yesterday. Largest part of the issues has been the last hour.
There is other posts here with the same issue, out website included. Checkout just bounces back to the home page. I am hoping Shopify will fix this? Not sure if we need to do anything but wait 
It’s not just you, dozens of people are talking about it in fb groups. Shopify broke our stores.
Exactly, the marketing spends are huge and this is a major issue. last hour can’t checkout at all.
