After a customer logs into their store account, they are immediately logged out when moving to the next page. The customer must continually log back into their account while shopping and/or log into their account during checkout.

Had the same issue! Fixed it by disabling the Avada SEO Suite app embed from “Theme customization > App embeds”. Worth checking if you use the app and face login troubles. Hope it helps!
