I can’t seem to find the right article to help me fix this recent problem when typing my store website address. I’m hoping someone with technical experience can please help me fix this problem?

On my end, I can load the website without any SSL issues. I suspect this is probably a cache issue, try clearing the cache in the browser. Also, you can try opening the website in Chrome Incognito mode.

If the link keeps redirecting to the home page, try opening the link in Chrome Incognito mode.
