Our customers are having trouble removing products from their cart. Since we are not able to go in and edit or remove an abandoned cart, the customers are not able to order the products they want. We use empire theme if this is a coding issue.

hi can you share your store url
We have found that some people are able to remove items from their cart while others are not. We were able to duplicate the issue on two of our office computers while the x button removed the unwanted cart items on other office computers so I know it’s not user error. It is very odd.
