Customers from our store not receiving order details on their emails after purchasing products

We have our online shopify store and our customers are complaining that after making payments from our online store, they are not receiving the order numbers and order details of their orders via their email. This issue has gone on for around 2 weeks and it has occurred to a large number of customers while others receive their order details via the email. Could you help resolve this issue because we are experiencing a lot of customer complaints from our online shopify store.

Are they actually not getting them or are they going to their spam/junk folder?

Gmail and a few other free email services seem to put it all to junk.

It could be you haven’t updated the DMARC policy and CNAME records that was recently announced by Shopify. Have you updated this? If you haven’t, please see here further information: Shopify Help Center | Setting up your email

I’ve looked into it and even did the test for sending a default one and it was okay but it still did not work. So how can we work together to solve this

I had the same idea but on asking the customers, they would check their spam files and not get the emails

I have not seen this, let me check on it and see whether the situation will change
