Hi, we have the issue where customers are adding their orders note in their addresses, not the order note section.
This is causing many issues. We’ve updated the box name to now be add your notes here - but this is not helping as mobile customers often don’t see this box.
Is there a way to add into the box (currently blank) an autofill text e.g. “put your order notes & delivery instructions here”
