Customer's latest orders are not showing up in customer's page

We are facing an issue that is affecting our operations when accessing the customer’s page/account to check their orders in the “Last order placed” it’s showing (This customer hasn’t placed any orders yet) even though the customer has placed an order earlier and contacted us to follow up.

As you can see the customer is not showing any orders, while in the timeline details, there are placed orders.
