Customers not receiving order or shipping confirmations

Hi all,

I am getting increasing feedback from customers that they are not receiving order confirmation emails or shipping confirmations - (not even in junk/spam folders).

This includes all yahoo, sky & AOL email accounts. And occasionally icloud, hotmail and googlemail

I contacted shopify support who have said they cannot (or won’t) help, though they have not indicated what they did to investigate the issue.

Note this is not all customers - only a portion of them, but it is all YAHOO, AOL, SKY.

When people have notified me of missed mails I have asked them to check spam folders and mail filters - nothing obvious is causing it.
