Customers ordering products not visible on site

This one is a tad bit perplexing. At one point I had tried to integrate the Sanmar product excel sheet with my online store so there are many pages of products, all of which listed as Active but not under a collection so it’s unclear to me how customers are purchasing these products that aren’t even shown on the site. The only public page selling apparel is here: https://shop-ei.com/collections/apparel – (as you can see, there’s only a handful listed) – There are two private shops requiring a password to open but we’ve gotten a couple orders with shirts that aren’t listed on those either so my mind is a little blown as to how customers are ordering products we don’t even have listed. The other problem being I attempted the integration a while back so the prices listed have gone up but the ones the customers are somehow finding have stayed the same so we’re losing a bit of profit on them.

My main concern is how are customers finding these products when they aren’t even listed on our site? Trust me, I’ve looked!!

If anyone has experience with sanmar integrations and knows how to keep them updated so prices are recent and how to manage those with over 100 options, your help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!

Not sure what happened here, but I think it’s good to note ALL products are always visible via a couple of special endpoints, like /collections/all/products.json.
This is also true for your password protected stores: while I might not be able to add a product to my cart, I can still see all products, their prices and images.

Supply Master has recently released a solution for automatically integrating with Sanmar, and managing imports, daily sync with inventory and price. Sanmar is now available as part of the Supply Master app - https://apps.shopify.com/supply-master
