Hi, we are a clothing retailer that ships internationally. Sometimes when we send orders they get RTS due to the customer not paying customs fees in time etc. We always re-send the orders to them but find we are losing that money as we then cover the cost of the re-shipment ourselves. Is there any way to add a feature so that a customer can pay for the re-shipment, without having to refund the order and ask them to re-purchase the whole thing again?
It’s not a one-size-fits-all cost, as it costs a lot less to ship things nationally than to the other side of the world!
