- Shopify’s policies require a domain-based email instead of a generic email service (like the one you’re currently using) for a professional appearance and to comply with anti-spam policies.
Therefore, these should be your next-step actions:
- Use an email address that is linked to your store’s domain (e.g., info@abnstudios.com or support@abnstudios.com)
- Authenticate your sending domain
- Add a DMARC record to your sending domain
Afterward, you can use your custom sender email to email your customers instead of the default store+123@shopify
