I’m a customer of a website hosted by shopify. Beginning a few weeks ago, the website loads only after an extremely long wait and then only sometimes. I have no problem loading any other website on the webs. I’ve cleared history, cookies, my browsers. I’ve tried multiple browsers on both my mac and ipad. Other customers are now posting to the shop’s FB group that they are having the same issue and are ipad, iphone and mac users.

@GavinChan , it’s nice the website works for you. It doesn’t work for many customers using the up to date mac os, ios, or ipados.
