Has anyone experienced in your stores suddenly not buying any of your products. Although, we have been regularly advertising with Facebook and Subscriber email? Carts showing active but all of a sudden the carts are abandoned, no purchase. It is really strange that this is happening to me. Any bot apps that is preventing customers to purchased? The only purchases we are getting are through organic buying.

I saw a similar question on the Shopify community the other day and there isn’t any definitive proof that sales are down across all niches but you can always try to improve sales.

You are not alone, I have heard this from a lot of merchants.
In case you are using performance max campaigns, first, make sure you have correctly installed / setup conversion tracking and remarketing tracking. It can take from a few weeks to 1.5 months to learn.

We have the same issue. Has anyone be able to share thier information. In January of this year through July, we have good sales. However, beginning August 2022 when we reorganized our team, some have left the company and some stayed, all of a sudden we our store is having only 1 to 3 purchase or nothing at all. Please let us know. It will help us a lot.
