Customers are not able to add items to cart. I am also not able to view my store in the app. Is anyone aware of any issues with Shopify being down today?

Yes you are correct shopify is down with 2 problems and as you can see in the image Shopify is investigating the issue.
And it clearly mentions that because of this customers wont be able to checkout.

How many customers are affected?
Are you able to add items to cart?
Do you have the most updated version of the Shopify app?
When did both of these issues start?
