Customers which want to receive email

Hey all,
maybe it is not possible but I need to ask.

I want to send an email with judge.me but only to customers which allow to receive emails. The standard. what judge.me ist making is not allowed.

So I thought to make a flow - after creating the order - wait 14 days - checking wether the customer likes to have emails or not - sending the request for review.

But unfortunately it seems that I can not check for this information - can it be or has someone an idea ?
