I’ve spoken to Shopify Plus support who have confirmed we’re currently unable to edit the appearance of the one time log in code email sent to customers when a store is using new customer accounts - which I think is rather ridiculous.
Like most stores, we have customised the appearance of all other transactional emails (customer notifications) so the inability to edit the appearance of an email that will be sent to every single customer logging in feels like a massive oversight. Regardless of the fact these one time log in password emails may be sent from a ‘separate system’ we need the ability to customise them.
I’m posting here to ask that the community contact support to request this feature (the more that ask, the faster this may be developer), especially given Shopify is slowly retiring legacy customer accounts and pushing hard to move everybody onto new customer accounts when something as basic as styling an email isn’t yet possible.
