Does anyone know how I would go about customising the Order Confirmation email based upon the product purchased? I have a service based subscription product that, when purchased, gets the same email as someone who has purchased a physical product.

How do I manage this so that they get a different email?

I have Hubspot and thought that Hubspot was able to take over order confirmation emails but upon testing it doesn’t seem like that works. The shopify email seems to still go out.

Also, is there a way to format the email to include images - seems very limited unless you can code.
