customise pages - image and text orientation

id like to have my text and images to the side. like the below:

It call Image with text section, you can add it from your Shopify admin > Online store > Themes > Customize > + Add section

is this only linked to our “who?” page? or is it there always?

Goto Customize > click home pages > and select page that you want to update like these.

and select page what you want changing.
