Does anyone know how I can send out an email that asks the customers for a review my business on google map after their order is fulfilled?

Yes you can include the link to your Google Maps page, and instructions for them, then include it in the Shipping confirmation notification (Settings > Notifications > Customer notifications > Shipping confirmation).
If you wanted a more complete review system, my favorite reviews app is Judge.me, loads of features, mostly geared towards reviews, but you could include separate emails for stuff like Google Maps review ask.
