I have used a few fantastic third party Themes and am searching for one now. I have enjoyed out of the sandbox very much but I am working in a different industry and not sure which templates would be best. I have a client that is actually three companies in one partnership that is wanting to create a site that features multiple types of real estate being short/long term rentals, sales, vacation while showcasing the surrounding area which is beautiful year round. Want to have ability to book vacation rentals on line. Also want to have blog and review section while showcasing all aspects of year round activity changing pictorials regularly. Most real estate templates are not what anything like they are searching for.
