We are a travel agency, and we are trying to sell travel services through Shopify. As you know for a travel product, we may need some personal customer information such as birthday, gender, passpart number…or maybe even add a second person’s name or birthday etc.. Is it even possible in Shopify? Is it possible to add some customized forms in cart or check out pages so that these customized information can be added to the order?
BTW, the shopify online support suggested me to upgrade my plan to a Plus Plan which is way too expensive (2000+ dollors) for these features…I just thought these were basic features or at least we can do that through some plugins…
