Customize Checkout based on specific product purchased

Hello,

Is it possible to customize the checkout ‘order confirmation’ page, based on the product purchased or the product tag?

Specifically, I sell both plants and on-site consultations on my Shopify website. For plant purchased, I want a normal and basic order confirmation page. For our consultations, I want customers to select a time on my calendar for the site visit. I currently have the calendar embedded into the order confirmation page after every purchase, which is not what I want.
