Customize our Out on Delivery email notifications

Hi - we want to customize our Out on Delivery email notification to include some tips and maybe a graphic. Is this difficult to do? We are not clued up on editing code. Thanks for any suggestions.

  1. From your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Notifications.

  2. Scroll down to the “Shipping” section and click on “Edit” next to the “Out for Delivery” email notification.

  3. In the email template editor, you can modify the content and layout of the email. To add tips and a graphic, you’ll need to work with HTML and CSS.


  ### Tips for a smooth delivery:
  
    - Ensure someone is available to receive the package

    - Provide clear instructions for the delivery person, if needed

    - Track your package using the provided tracking number
