Customizing "From" details in notification emails

Notifications which are manually initiated allow you to select the email address used for the “From” field of the email when it is sent. For example, Order invoice.

Is there a Liquid object that exposes the Shopify user that was selected to send from? We are running on the B2B platform and customer inquiries should preferably be directed back to the appropriate staff member who issued the order invoice. If we could access an object for the user in the “send from” selection, then we could at least include that staff member’s name and email address in the body of the email instead of the default store email.
