Since a while Shopify dashboard has become very very unstable:
If I look to “Custom Sales” it shows a value; if I look at “Customer sales over time” it shows a different value; if i do the math of each single order, it shows another value.
I tried to engage shopify support, but no response.
And, on top of that, I found a material voice when I look to sales by channel named “shopify web” that has 0 order but almost 10% of the revenues. Again, no answer! They are investigating since week now.
And to complete the view, my accountant is calculating taxes on these data. This is scaring…
What is going on at Shopify? Are they growing to fast? Might it be they are not able to sustain this growth and number of feature?
Any idea?
