When we reach the “Data Sharing” step we toggle Data Sharing ON and attempt to select either ENHANCED or MAXIMUM options we’re given an error and told to contact support. what should we do how do we fix it please help anyone.

To confirm, are you currently adding Facebook as a Sales channel to your Shopify store and are seeing the following error?
If so, this appears to be a permissions setting. In Shopify, if logged in as a User or collaborating via a Partners account, head to Settings > Users and Permissions and be sure to check the box for “Manage and install apps and channels.” Having singular access to the sales channel/app will not be sufficient and will result in the error alert about data sharing. In Facebook Business you will need access to Data Sources in Events Manager to select the correct pixel ID.

Do i need to have full accsess to store in order to see that option in my store ?

where can i find this option?
You need to be the store owner or have the Edit permissions permission to edit other staff members’ permissions.
Head to your Settings > Users and Permissions, then click on your username and scroll down to “App permissions” to view the permissions enabled on your account.
