Hi All. I need some help and I can not figure it out. I have gone live with my website and all is working well on desktop and Android phones BUT The website crashes and tries to reload and then shows "a problem occurred repeatedly on (URL). I spoke with Shopify support and they can not see any issues there end.

I deleted cookies and data on iphone but it still does now load the website. I have even asked my family members and it turns out one android user is fine seeing the website but those family members with Apple phones get the crashed message!

I am clueless and need to figure out why and then fix it so customers on iphone can go to website!

Hello. Update for this thread. It turns out we figured out the problem. Funnily enough it was do with the website size for Iphones/Apple to run although Androids worked perfectly. The website data on Iphone was showing around 55MB upon website loading so therefore we compressed images on the site and it now seems to be working.
