Dawn 9.0.0 theme: contact form and reset password errors

Dear,

Could anyone help me out with the following errors in my Dawn 9.0.0 theme:

1. Unwanted box around ‘Reset your password’. When clicking anywhere in page this box disappears.

2. The border of ‘email*’ goes around the text ‘email is invalid’. This also effects the size of the border around the text ‘Name’.

These errors came with the default settings.
