Dawn: Adding Subtext below product title on main product page

Hello!

I would like to add Subtext to the product title so it shows under the title and above the price on the collections. Any suggestions on how to implement this?

I.e. All essence page would read like this:

Healing Heart

For Loss, Grief, Heartbreak

$32

instead of

Healing Heart

$32
