i need to Bold specific Words/Text within my Products Text Data.

the text is in section-main-product.css file.

more specifically the text is found in the .product_text section in this file.

example of what i need:

if .product_text contains the word “Size” then the word “Size” needs to be bold.

sample product: https://www.finishlinewheels.com/products/chevrolet-s10-blazer-16x7-oem-alloy-rim-1992-1994-a-5015-pc01-ma

is there some If/Then code to make this work?

You cannot add this condition with CSS, if you want you can add it with Liquid code. Refer code:

You can try to use replace filter liquid language.

Ex: {{ product.description | replace: “Size”, “Size” }}

i added this to the bottom of the main-product.liquid. didn’t work.

hi Lit,

it’s working, but i think the default text for product_text is already bold. so it’s not standing out as bold.

is there a way to do extra bold? or, maybe a different font’s bold will be more bold?

i changed the word to “TEST”. if you go to the product url you will see size is replaced with “TEST” but it’s the same amount of bold as the rest.

Hi @deakon

It seems we can’t set font weight with this font family. Maybe I suggest you should use an other font or change color for it.
