DAWN Footer design - switch items and remove horizontal line

Hi everyone!

Can someone please help me with the design of the footer in theme DAWN?

What I would like to have:

  • rearrange positions of elements in the footer
    (NEWSLETTER signup at first position within the footer - the rest below)

  • remove the horizontal line at the bottom (almost invisible, but still there…)
