Dawn - How to delete & organise 'sort by' filtering feature

Hey,

I am trying to edit the sort feature on my dawn 2.0 store.

I wanted to edit this filter so that it will open all products page with ‘new to old’. (currently automatically set to alphabetically).

Additionally if these other sort filters can be deleted that would be amazing! (featured, best selling, alphabetically A-Z & alphabetically Z-A)

I have been able to edit the other collections order as these are easily available to edit in the collections page but to change the order of all products it seems you need to edit the coding.

Any help would be very appreciated, thank you!

UPDATE

I have managed to change the shop page to show all new in products first by creating a new collection which organises the products from new in first. Then I linked this on the navigation main menu!

Could you manage to remove any option to the sort by filter?

If so, can you guide to sort out this, please?
