Dawn - Image Banner photo cut off top and bottom on desktop web screen

How can I fix my image banner on my desktop. It is the perfect size for mobile, tablet and laptop. But on desktop I lose top and bottom of image. Please see below image. Heads and rest of legs / feet missing

I have since managed to sort the first image banner. But I’m not happy with how large I have had to make the image banner in order to show most of the image.
